Committed to people, equity, and a more just and humane future.

I care about the people behind every policy, every budget, and every decision. I've spent my career helping teams solve difficult problems, build trust, and make their work more useful to the communities they serve.

WHAT GUIDES MY WORK

WHAT MATTERS TO ME

Some things shouldn't be negotiable.

These aren't talking points. They're beliefs that shape the work I want to do and the world I want to help build.

01

Racial equity

Racism isn't only individual prejudice; it's built into systems. I want to help change the policies and practices that perpetuate it.

02

Housing as a right

Everyone deserves a safe, stable place to live, food on the table, and access to the essentials of life.

03

Immigrant rights

Families deserve safety and dignity, not fear. I support abolishing ICE and replacing punitive immigration enforcement with a humane approach.

04

Economic justice

Working people deserve wages they can actually live on. A full-time job should not leave someone unable to meet basic needs.

05

Community safety

Gun violence is not inevitable. We need meaningful prevention and sensible firearm safety laws.

06

People first

Good organizations listen to people, treat them fairly, and measure success by what improves in their lives.

ABOUT ME

I want my work to matter.

My professional path hasn't been a straight line. I've worked in construction operations, communications, education, and nonprofit service. What connects those experiences is simple: I like fixing problems that affect real people.

At Drees Homes, I work with vendors and internal teams to resolve cost and purchasing issues, reconcile information, and make complicated processes more manageable. Earlier, as an AmeriCorps VISTA member, I helped Habitat for Humanity expand its reach from one county to six.

I'm proud of that work. I also want to apply what I've learned to organizations pursuing racial equity, economic security, immigrant justice, and stronger communities. I don't want to spend my career watching things that need to change. I want to contribute to that change.
